It was a great stay. Pranav is very responsive. The room and bathroom were extremely neat and tidy. He also gave us instructions on local exploring options. It was definitely a nice time over there. We would definitely love to visit again.

Pranav's property was amazing. old Kerala style architecture. clean rooms and bathroom. Good parking and garden area. Good restaurant a km away. pranav was always available on the property and made sure we had a comfortable stay. I liked his honesty, i had left a silver spoon at the property and he couriered it to me. Our pet Rudra also loved the property. played with the Rabbits. Appreciate the hospitality🙏 Overall we had a pleasant stay.😊

Staying at Pranav and his family was a delight! The room is royally big and looks fantastic. We soon extended our stay. The guest buildings they have are traditional Keralan wooden houses, and you feel the history of the room when you’re staying here. Impeccably clean, really spacious, tastefully furnished, perfect power outlets, mosquito net, good wifi, everything. It was a truly remarkable experience. Top that with an incredibly kind family that went out of their way to accommodate us. We were even lucky enough to get fresh coconuts from their own property! :). Pranav is the kindest with fantastic communication, and so is his family. Within our short stay they not only made us feel at home, they made us feel like family members. We can only recommend staying here, even if you have to adjust your itinerary for it. It’s a destination on itself!
