The apartment was clean, well-stocked and conveniently located near the station. Tracy was always super responsive and accommodated all our requests. Loved the pool, the gym and having a Coles supermarket right downstairs was a major plus!! Would recommend.

The location, view and convenience of the property is excellent, however, sound proofing needs some attention. The furnishings are OK but we were expecting a little something better, especially the beds' size and firmness, for the price. A fire alarm went off during our stay and it was discovered that the alarm system for the residences is also connected with the retail shops on the ground levels where some renovations were ongoing, which probably set the alarm off. Tracy has been a good host who has responded to our needs quickly and tried genuinely to solve our noise complaints although it is not really her fault but a hardware problem. All in all, we did enjoyed our stay in Sydney and with Tracy.

Tracy was a great host. She was very responsive throughout the period of our stay when things would come up. The home was well-equipped with essentials that made our stay easier.
