Great customer service regarding the falts we experienced with the apartment. The apartment is in a quiet area, is close to two supermarkets. A walkable distance from the centre or one can travel by bus or metro.

There is a few things that are wrong about this place, let me start by saying that the pictures do not represent how these place actually looks like. As soon as you walk into the location, the building looks damp, old and dirty these are consistent with the whole apartment! as soon as you open the there is a smell that you cannot figure out what it is. Only after a night of staying there (only for a few hours because we were out for most of the time) we were able to figured out that the smell was actually mold. The bedrooms are small and each bedroom door has a glass panel that allows the light from the living room, kitchen and hallway come through it which means that all lights must be off in order to get the room dark enough to sleep, so essentially everybody has to go to sleep at the same time in order to get some sleep. This is a fault in design! Then the walls that you share with neighbours are so thin that you can essentially hear every single word that they say which means said

O espaço é amplo e bem localizado, checkin super tranquilo, senti falta de alguns itens básicos na cozinha, como pano de prato , sal e açúcar !!
