Bedroom 2 is the only bedroom that is upstairs. It has a queen sized bed, its own bathroom and separately controlled heating and cooling. There is also a fold-out, queen sized murphy bed in this room. Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed and accesses a bathroom from the hall. The Living Room has a pullout sleeper sofa. We provide consumable household supplies (kitchen, bath and laundry) to last a few days but you may need to pick up additional supplies to last your reservation. Pets are welcome and there is a pet fee of $50 for the reservation (maximum two pets). If your pet is not a dog that is medium sized or smaller, please inquire first about suitability. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate wolf breeds, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Pit Bulls and Rottweilers. Doors, Gates, Garage Doors - The front door is opened and locked with a keypad. One two-car garage is available to guests to use and park cars (the other is used as storage) but there is no remote provided. It is operated with a wall-mounted button pad. There is a small and large gate to the property. The small gate does not lock, it only closes. The large gate can be opened and closed manually (please reach out for instructions). No remote is provided for the property gate
