Allana was a lovely host who went out of her way to make the home comfortable. It’s a lovely place for family with lots of sitting space for you to dine or play indoor games, of which she provides a good variety of these. She provided a braai stand, firewood, mosquito coils and repellent, which all came in pretty handy. Right next to the property are restaurants as well as a kayaking facility. This is great for activities and food options but may mean it gets a bit busy depending on the time of year. It was pretty peaceful for us around Christmas time. If you want to eat out or prepare your own meals there are also plenty of supermarkets and fast food outlets a short drive away. If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle it may serve you well to communicate this beforehand. Overall a good deal, would recommend 🙂.
