Close to downtown, you'll have access to many events & activities that happen seasonally (e.g. WaterFire, Providence Flea Market, Rhode Island International Film Festival, University graduations/homecoming/Parents Weekend). The garden home is thoughtfully designed and boasts unique accent and natural lighting. The backyard has seasonal veggies, fruits, herbs from late Spring through early Winter for guests to enjoy. Additionally, there's a full deck patio to enjoy al fresco dining with sunset views. ☼BEDROOMS & BATH☼ The garden home comfortably sleeps up to five guests, making it ideal for couples, groups of friends, or families. There are a total of three bedrooms (all upstairs on the second floor). The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed while the other two rooms have queen-size beds. All three bedrooms are furnished with quality sheets and semi-light blocking velvet curtains. The garden home has 1.5 bathrooms, which feature a tub-style shower and lots of warm colors. ☼KITCHEN & DINING☼ The fully equipped kitchen features an electric range oven, modern appliances, and a dishwasher. The cabinets are fully stocked with cookware & organic spices for use during your stay. Feel free to enjoy a cup of coffee from either the drip coffee maker or put the kettle on for a delicious batch of non-GMO tea and honey. Inside, the dining table seats up to five guests, or you can opt for outdoor dining on the patio. ☼INDOORS☼ You’ll enter the home into the living/entertainment room that leads into an open and bright kitchen and private garden in the backyard. ☼MORE DETAILS☼ The house has central heating & AC window-units to keep you comfortable year-round. There is one designated off-street parking spot for guests (in our garage). There is more on-street parking in front of the house. The garden home has WiFi throughout.
