My stay was peaceful and the environment was clean. The room looks exactly like what was in the picture listing.The Host were very responsive and check in/out was super easy. I surely will be returning for more future visit.

Myself and family truly enjoyed our stay. From confirming our booking until checkout, Tibo surpassed our expectations. My messages had responses within THE MINUTE! The Airbnb was immaculately clean and furnished. We didn’t want for anything, beats a hotel any day! Loved the location. Reach out to Tibo if you are looking for something to do, they even told us about great Chicago eateries! Will 1000% book again next time I’m visiting.

Excellent location, great historical building, and very responsive host. A bit small, compared with other one bedroom rentals but sufficient. Building has air conditioned gym with the essential equipment for daily exercise. Unit seemed newly appointed with most everything you’ll need and the advantage of keyless entry, both to the building and the unit. Closet is huge and seventh floor keeps traffic noise down. Owner needs to upgrade linens and the door to the washer/dryer combo is too tight a fit for that appliance. Both of these are easy to fix and should be solved soon. Worst feature was ‘paid parking’ nearby which translates to a few blocks walk to public parking for a price. There is no overnight parking near the building. All in all a reasonable Chicago place to stay. We’ll put it on our list for future visits.
