The reason I choose this place to stay. It has a very safe environment to it. I wanted my kids and family to be safe and it meet our accommodations. For the ladies that took over to helped us find the house and keys to the house thank you very much. Minimum cleaning issues. Saw hair on floor though out the house and the house will need to be an exterminator. We noticed cockroaches in the kitchen and the main bathroom. Other than that everything was great

Our maps sent us to the wrong place; however speaking with the owner was very helpful. House was very pretty, newer, modern, and had everything we needed for the stay. They provided coffee which was nice. Community was gated and had a nice park for the kids which was great. I was disappointed the hot water didn’t have adequate water pressure, with no heaters in bathroom and no good pressure made showers cold and unpleasant. Because of the pressure we weren’t able to use the dishwasher or the washer. The upstairs tv in loft did not work. They did offer to replace it but we weren’t home at the moment. I was able to communicate with them at all times which was amazing. I didn’t push to have the water pressure fixed because I understood it’s a newer home and it was gonna have some issues. It was very close to malls and grocery stores which was a major plus because we didn’t have to go far.
