It is a old building, doesn´t have an elevator, let us know and we will help you with your luggage. -LIVING ROOM: large and cosy space, very well lit, with windows and access to the front balcony, comfortable L-shaped sofa for 7 people, blanket, Smart TV with local cable and Netflix, desk to work, read, or plan your trip, specially decorated for travellers. -FRONT BALCONY: view of the street and the sea, perfect for enjoy the sun and coffee in the morning or watching the sunset, space enabled for smokers. -KITCHEN: open and connected to the dining room, it is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your meal to take away or at night after a long day. Comes with, plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, cutlery, refrigerator, oven, gas stove, sink. -DINING ROOM: large and cosy space with natural light, glass dining room with 5 seats, to enjoy the moment, exit to the back balcony. -BACK BALCONY: you will find the ropes to extend your clothes if you need it, enjoy the silence and calm, the night weather, space enabled for smokers. -BATHROOM: spacious with everything you need to get ready in the morning or relax before going to rest, large bathtub, with mobile shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer and washing machine. -SPREAD TOILET: this is a small space that only has the toilet. -ROOM 3: in this space you will enjoy the calm to rest and recharge your batteries, it has a window with good natural light, two single beds, two nightstands with individual lamps, a large closet to store clothes and other belongings, a chest of drawer’s furniture, large and makeup mirror, air conditioning, Smart lock.
