Stepping into this delightful, detached property, you will be welcomed by a spacious hallway that leads you to a modern open-plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. The spacious kitchen island provides ample space for meal preparation and socialising, with a built-in wine cooler. The dining area is bright and airy with natural light flooding in thanks to the large bi-fold doors and offers a large dining table seating up to eight guests, with a television, and an additional armchair for relaxation. Additionally, there is a handy utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and an sink, with an external rear door. The ground floor is home to two comfortable bedrooms, both of which feature king-size beds and modern en-suite shower rooms. Rounding off the ground floor is an under-stairs cloakroom and separate WC with a washbasin and heated towel rail. Ascending to the first floor, you'll discover the inviting sitting room, with two sofas, an armchair, a comfortable beanbag and a large Smart television with Sky channels as well as Netflix, iPlayer and Apps installed. Fix a drink at the ‘Honesty Bar', unwind and bask in the beautiful sea views from the comfort of the sofa, or venture out to the spacious balcony through the bi-fold doors, where the views across the beach continue. The final two bedrooms are located on the first floor, both featuring twin single beds. Completing this level is a well-appointed family bathroom, equipped with a bath and overhead shower, washbasin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is a spacious front-facing terrace, complete with outdoor furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing after a day of exploring Cornwall. Why not take advantage of the sea being just a stone's throw away and make the most of your surroundings? In less than a minute's walk, you can reach the golden sand of Porth Beach, which is a popular spot for families and ideal for building sandcastles and building dams across the shallow stream. Porth beach is safe for swimming and surfing, with lifeguards on duty so you can enjoy the waves coming in off the Atlantic. An ice cream hatch and a small café are open during the summer season. If you're looking to refuel, a 5-minute stroll takes you to The Mermaid, a beachside pub with large inside and outside seating areas. It's perfect for grabbing a quick refreshment or enjoying a delicious evening meal and a drink, or the Friday night pub quiz! Just 50 metres from the house is Gwenna Tearooms; a 16th century cottage restaurant serving incredible breakfasts, lunches, afternoon cream teas; so, there really is something for everyone, right on your doorstep. If you're feeling adventurous and want to explore further, there are plenty of fantastic eateries and beautiful beaches to discover in the surrounding area; a 15-minute walk up the cliff path towards Lusty Glaze is a private beach with a restaurant and Jetski safaris on offer or, put on your walking boots and head to neighbouring Watergate Bay, where you'll find surf schools, more eateries, shops and glorious golden sand.
