Our building has several private apartments including a hostel as a common area on the first floor. Our common areas are an opportunity for you and other guests to interact with one another. Looking for privacy? Just walk up to your apartment and relax. We have a unique "Aparthotel" concept where you can find the privacy of an apartment with your own room, bathroom and kitchen. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to use the common areas such as the pool and rooftop terrace (opening May 1) to read a book, take some sun, enjoy a meal and/or meet another person on a similar note. About the Loft and the building: The Loft, which is an open space concept, is on the 3rd floor and has the following amenities: 1) 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, blender and electric water kettle. 2) One 1 bedroom with a king side bed above the kitchen/living room area with a lot of natural light. And one (1) private bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and hot water. 3) High-speed Wi-Fi in the apartment and throughout the building. 4) Free street parking with 24/7 security cameras outside the building. No garage available. 5) The living room can turn into a terrace after you open the windows where you can turn on the grill and spend time with your friends. 5) FREE Luggage storage if you arrive early or leave late. 7) To access the pool, the guest has to walk through the hostel on the first floor or use a passage (alley) in the building. All guests* in the building has access to: 1) The pool (size 4 meters x 3 meters) and lounging area are on the first floor. The pool IS NOT for private use. 2) The terrace on the third floor (aprox 90 square-meters) with ocean views and magnificent view of Cerro Campana (Bell Mountain). * Pool and terrace availability is subject to guest arrival order, capacity and/or maintenance of the space.
