This apartment is very spacious and the location is just spectacular. The views from every single window are incredible, not to mention the outstanding deck space on the roof! It's easy to walk to many restaurants and shops, and it's a short drive to even more, plus so many historical sites a well. The feel of the apartment was very homey, cozy and artsy. We enjoyed the artwork, furniture, decor and even the fixtures. What a unique and beautiful place. Fran is very welcoming and responsive!

Great place to stay in Butte. Amazing views and easily the best location in Uptown Butte!

We are definitely going to try to stay there again. Fran was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed, could contact her easily if something came up, and then left us alone. It was great! Her home had her personality and was very clean, but not your typical sterile stock photo Air BNB. Lots of beautiful art, little touches, but also very livable and inviting to stay for the weekend. We went during Folk Fest and it was walkable to all the stages, stayed cool during the hot days and nights, and felt very safe in the evenings with secured access. It was fun to experience what felt like upscale Butte, MT and had us imagining what it must have been like in its hay day. If you are looking for a place to stay that has everything you need AND captures a feel of Butte, MT - Fran's place is golden. Also, the rooftop was probably one of our favorite spots - we could see Butte all around while we sipped coffee in the morning sunshine and a local beer during sunset. Beautiful.

Even with frustrations, Fran's place was divine. Truly, her description and photos do not convey how lovely and comfortable is this spacious, two-story apartment, with a gorgeous communal rooftop living room. Frustrations: No internet on the first floor, though totally fine on the second, which may not be a problem for some. Communications seemed to rely on confusing, unedited voice-to-text, resulting in some miscommunications. Very little instruction on how to use the house or what was expected, though Fran was quick to respond to questions. The jets in the tub hadn't been used in a while, so we were very glad not to be soaking when we turned them on and copious black goo emerged. There is no free parking, contrary to the listing, as we had to move our car every two hours from 8:30am to 5:30pm on weekdays. Fantastic steam shower, wonderful art and antiques. Beautiful, comfortable furniture, a lovely, historic building, and great views of Butte. Don't miss!

Such a beautiful. luxurious and historic home. Professionally decorated with loving detail. Steam room was amazing, rooftop views stunning, and her home is located within walking distance of the Butte Archives, great restaurants, and local tours. Fran was always available and provided local knowledge. If you stay in this beautiful home, you will not want to leave.
