Welcome to our pet friendly secluded farmhouse on 1.5 acres! Located in beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake, enjoy 3-bedrooms, 2-bath in a quiet rural neighbourhood. Take in the stunning orchard views under the covered patio with a luxury lounge set, fire table & hot tub. Enjoy the fire pit and outdoor cedar sauna. Minutes to all the famous wineries. Perfect for families, couples & groups. Fully furnished rooms, stocked with all amenities needed. A quick 6 minute drive to the town centre of NOTL. The house is perfect for families, a couple's retreat, or a small group of friends. Our stay was great! So many amenities which is so helpful when you are traveling with kiddos! The place is clean, well decorated and the outdoor space was awesome! We had such a great time and would absolutely stay again!

Honestly, it's a shame you can only give 5 stars because this is easily the best b&b experience I've ever stayed at. Whilst I may give 5 stars to other b&bs the amount of effort and investment that has been put into this experience surpasses all others. For example, when needing to know how to use the jacuzzi they literally made their own video showing you, it's very clear they've thought of everybody visiting, even clumsy people like me. We were welcomed to a lovely surprise bottle of wine and had a fantastic time watching movies on the huge TV! The bed is huge as well and so nice to sleep on. If 5 stars is given to the location then 6 stars must be given to the hosts, Incredibly responsive, very caring and although we had an issue they were very quick to give us a call when needed. Perfect location and perfect host. There is no debate this is one of the best locations in Niagara.
We were very unlucky with the weather so we weren’t able to take advantage of some of the great features like the hot tub and the fire pit but the farmhouse was wonderful. Very comfortable, high quality furnishings and all the essentials for cooking. And a welcoming bottle of local wine was a lovely touch. Any difficulties we had (eg using the keypad entry) were totally due to the fact that we hadn’t noticed the online guidebook that had been included in one of the earlier messages. The guidebook was very detailed and covered every aspect of our stay. I wish we would have noticed it before our last day 🤪. The hosts were so amazingly responsive to our questions. Thank you Spencer and Ashley for sharing your beautiful house with us.
This place is exactly like the photos - maybe even better! It has everything you’d want. The kitchen is fully stocked and even has a nice assortment of spices and a great coffee bar! The hot tub was wonderful, and the sauna was very easy to use and enjoyable. Clean, beautiful, easy to settle into.

The house is located on a beautiful 1.5 acres with tons of privacy as you are surrounded by orchards. Niagara-on-the-Lake is a town in southern Ontario and has lots of history! It sits on the shores of Lake Ontario, at the mouth of the Niagara River and has both riverfront and lakefront trails, parks, beaches and water sports. It's known for its wineries and the Shaw Festival, a series of theatre productions. The flower-filled, tree-lined Historic Old Town features 19th century buildings, mainly along Queen Street plus the Christmas productions in November and December.
Uber is available in Niagara-on-the-Lake. We are a 6 minute drive to Queen Street (town centre) and a 20 minute drive to Niagara Falls. Approximately 1.5 hours from Toronto Pearson Airport and 45 minutes from Buffalo Airport. Many local bike companies offer complimentary delivery and pick up (please inquire).
