Please be informed of the following: - The building only has a generator in the lobby. In case of power interruption (which rarely happens) we have prepared an emergency light for our guest's use. (Please use it properly) - This is a pet-friendly condominium, but please make sure that your pets wear diapers at all times inside the building premises. - During weekends and holidays, parking is 1st come 1st serve basis. If traveling with a private car, kindly message us the plate # and car model at least 24 hours before your check-in so we can try to look for a parking space for you with a fee. - Please bring your own toiletries (toothbrush & toothpaste), we only provide shampoo & body wash.
