If you are taking this place for a weekend or a couple of days just to sleep and have nothing to do with anything else in this place, then this might be right for you. Host is a nice kid! Amenities - advertised but never available, AC didn't work a single day. Shower room - the doorknob didn't work for about 3 weeks. Toilets - they weren't clean enough and always ran out of toilet paper. Kitchen - it's more of a pantry for 4 rooms and a portable hotplate. Cleanliness - the garbage bin was pretty full all the time and at times overflowing too. Fridge - completely occupied and no space for anything extra. Overall, this place has far too less amenities for 4 rooms, and apart from a few days this place was fully occupied throughout the month, that's 7 people for 1 shower room, a small pantry, 1 fridge, stained and sticky kettle, hardly 2 people can stand in the kitchen/pantry, garbage bin always full and flies all over the place. It was only getting worse day by day!!!

I booked this on behalf of my partner and Ethan was very helpful from the very beginning. The room is by itself and is a good space for 1 person. Kitchen, bathroom and shower is shared. Also close to other shops which was very handy for him as my partner was new to the area and didn’t have to travel far

In the heart of Fairfield. Easy access to public transport. great, private room with good amenities such as clothes washer and dryer.
