There is a high-speed Wi-Fi Internet connection (1/Gbps) suitable for working from home and making video calls. The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, microwave, and more. Full sets of dishes, cutlery and crockery are provided along with pots, pans and kitchen utensils. There is a clothes washing and drying machines for your convenience. An iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom are available. The first bedroom is interior courtyard facing and furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom is street facing and furnished with a double bed. The third bedroom is street facing and furnished with a super king size bed. All bedrooms are furnished with superior quality mattresses. Professionally laundered sheets, comforters, pillows and pillowcases are provided to you, as well as bath towels for each guest. The flat has two full bathrooms. The first bathroom is accessible via the hallway, the second is en-suite to the first bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub, toilet and sink, while the other has a shower, sink and toilet. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer plus complementary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel and hand soap to start your stay. Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. - Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property.
