We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The surrounding landscape is breathtakingly beautiful so we spent a lot of time outside and exploring the countryside. But it was delightful to come "home" to Ciamaenor after each excursion to relax and continue to soak in the beauty through the wonderful vantage point of the front lounge window. All the amenities were just right and our host was there when we needed her. The only thing we can recommend is to stay longer than we did!
We had a fantastic time at Ali’s place. The view is really lovely. We loved the hot tub and the surroundings are beautiful. For the kids there was Lego , cars and board games. We stayed here for three nights but would have liked to stay longer. Ali and Colette were very welcoming. We hope to come back someday. Highly recommended!!

Ali was so friendly and accommodating and the place is gorgeous with beautiful views and surroundings. The hot tub was a lovely evening and the indoor fireplace was a lovely cozy addition too. We had a lovely time and would like to return in summer!
Great communication, house exactly as described, beautiful surroundings with a lovely secluded beach. Hot tub was definitely a great addition and even though the weather was wet we still had la great time.

Irish born and educated but now living in Guernsey with my Sligo born husband and our three children, I spent every summer of my childhood barefoot on the beach in Rath, Caherdaniel and we were delighted to finally have the opportunity to fulfil a life long dream of buying a holiday home in this beautiful part of the world a few years ago. With a love of worldwide travel and not having as much time as we would like to spend in Caherdaniel, we thought we would like to share our home, toys and the fantastic outdoor activities available in the area with other like-minded families and travellers whilst in the care of our lovely caretaking neighbours!
