Замечательный хозяин. Вежливый, всегда готов помочь, порядочный человек. Встретил лично,помог заселиться. Жильё чистое,уютное, просторное, кровать большая и не жесткая. Были все душевые принадлежности. Жилье находится рядом от пляжа, кругом магазины и кафе. Отличное сочетание цена-качество! Спасибо Petr.

The flat is great, clean and awesome location but the host Peter is the best best. Helped me get wifi password at 1am. Very responsive. I highly recommend staying here. The street the flat is on is the best part. Soo many cool cafe, restaurants, massage, shopping, gas station, and very quiet and upscale. I stayed in 10 Air BB while in Thailand and his is BY FAR my favourite. Thank you again for everything Peter.

I arrived in Jom Tien and Petr let me check-in early which was super helpful. Petr provided clear instructions on how to access the unit and was always eager to ask how I was doing when I would be coming or going from. At one point, I needed toiletries and he met me within 5 minutes to make sure I had everything I needed. There is a cafe called Siso on the bottom floor of the building and the staff are super friendly. I had the flat white every morning followed by a delicious special of the day. I would definitely recommend this place. It's only 400 M from the beach!!!! Thanks again Petr!!

Posizione ottima, appartamento confortevole, pulito, ordinato e completo, host gentile cortese e premuroso, un massima attenzione e costante presenza. In esperienza da consigliare e da ripetere, il Ristorante bar sotto, è sempre gestito dallo stesso host. Ottimo caffè, servizio colazione impeccabile, buon cibo cucina internazionale. È stato una meravigliosa sorpresa, sottolineare la gentilezza e la professionalità dell’host.
