Cozy and modern apartment in the center of Prague, which has everything you need for your stay. The apartment is designed for up to 4 people, it has a balcony, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, bath with shower and all modern amenities for your comfort. There is also private parking included in the price. The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the building with elevator. The apartment has two separate rooms, a common area with a cozy living room and a modern kitchen, and a separate bedroom with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The bathroom is separated from the toilet and there is a bathtub. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers private parking in the garage and a balcony with a seating area.

Ďakujeme za príjemné pohostenie. Komunikácia bola na dobrej úrovni a aj napriek tomu,že sme prišli do Prahy po 17tej s prebraním kľúčov a ubytovaním sa nebol najmenší problém.Pokyny boli jasné a zrozumiteľné. Budova je nová,byt je pekne zariadený a v posteli sa spí skvelo.Bolo trošku slabšie povysávané ale inak všetko v poriadku. K dispozícií sú uteráky,kanvica,umývačka riadu a v kuchyni si dokážete plnohodnotne navariť. Okolie bytového domu je veľmi pohodové,reštaurácie sú super…cítili sme sa ako doma :) Ďakujeme.
Ideal appartement to visit Prague! Drive up, collect the key, use the instructions to drive to the appartment, use the car lift (!), park the car and forget about it! Ideal location to discover Prague via tram (get a multi day public transportation ticket and you're good to go!). Tram stop nearby, shops, restaurants, breakfast bars. Everything you need! To be honest, we didn't cook for 5 days because the food was that good and varied in the city 🙂 Apartment itself is spacious, modern and new. We stayed with our 2 kids and had a great vacation!
Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Auch das man vorher die Schlüssel im Büro abholt, ist vollkommen in ordnung. Riesiges Plus ist natürlich der Parkplatz. Man wird samt Auto mit dem Aufzug, in die Tiefgarage gebracht. Die Wohnung war in einem sehr sauberen zustand und super ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne nochmal wieder.
Das Apartment war beeindruckend und die Aussicht auf die Strassen Prags äusserst schön. Es hat alles gepasst und war genau so schön wie auf den Bildern oder in der Beschreibung. Lediglich die Adresse vom Apartment konnte man so nicht in das Navi eingeben, da das Gebäude neu ist. Man hat aber eine angenehme Anleitung bekommen.

There are several restaurants and grocery stores in the immediate vicinity, and a tram and metro stop 3 minutes from the apartment, so you can quickly get everywhere you need to go. The Vltava River embankment is also a few minutes' walk away.
Tram stop Křižíkova 200 m, metro stops (Křižíkova metro station 350 m, Invalidovna metro station 700 m), Bus Station Florenc 1.2 km, Masaryk Train Station 1.7 km.
On the premises of the apartment guests can use a private parking space in the garage.
