打扫的很干净，设备也很齐全，附近靠近通天阁，地铁也很多，很方便，附近还有一个唐吉诃德，购物很方便

We enjoyed staying at Yuta‘s place very much. It was just 10 minutes walk from the station and very clean. The amenities were as listed and the apartment as described. It is exactly as in the pictures so there is not much room to navigate and the kitchen is pretty small. But we used the apartment just for sleeping so it was all right. Definitely recommend staying there for Osaka.

두 개의 역과 가까워 이동이 편리하고, 매우 청결하고 깔끔한 공간이라 편안한 일정을 보냈습니다. 침대와 침구류도 매우 편안합니다. 수압도 좋고, 온수와 난방(냉온풍기)도 잘 되어있습니다. 단, 한가지 큰 단점이 있습니다. 방음이나 차음이 거의 안됩니다. 일본에서의 에어비앤비는 처음이라 일본의 모든 협소주택이 그럴지도 모르겠습니다. 이 곳은 한개의 건물이 두개의 호실로 되어있는(소위 말하는 땅콩주택) 구조입니다. 옆 호실과 대화가 가능할 정도로 벽간 방음이 없습니다. 또한 옆집에서 바닥 걷는 소리가 진동까지 그대로 전해집니다. 늦게까지 떠들거나 발소리가 큰 게스트가 옆집에 머문다면, 잠을 잘 수 있을지 모르겠습니다. (역으로 이집에서 머무는 게스트가 그렇다면 항의를 받을 가능성이 크겠죠) 창호도 얇은 단일 창이라 외부 소음을 그대로 들을 수 있습니다. 다행히도 조용한 동네이긴 합니다. 소음에 민감하지 않고 또 본인도 마찬가지로 조용하게 지내는 분이라면 적극 추천드리나, 반대의 경우라면 매일 밤이 힘들 수 있습니다.

완벽히 만족하고 갑니다! 사람이 적은게 아쉬울 정도로 크고, 여러 랜드마크와 가까워 정말 좋습니다! 다음 오사카 여행때도 이용할 예정입니다!

A nice place to stay in Osaka! Great location near public transit and the place is clean and modern. It is smaller than the photos make it feel and its feels as though they crammed more beds into the rooms just to say it can sleep more. We had four and it felt tight. So don’t expect any extra space at all which is typical for Japan, obviously, but this rental just felt too packed in. Also the walls are incredibly thin. You could hear the conversations of the neighbors next door (also a rental unit). They weren’t even being loud, just talking at a normal tone and it felt as though they were almost in the same room as us. Definitely keep that in mind if you’re sensitive to noise.
