Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Want to get away from the bustle and hustle of busy city life and immerse to nature? Don't want to spend a fortune on a fancy place? This spacious Perth Hill family home on the tranquil and splendid suburb of Roleystone which is just within 30 minutes to Perth CBD and easy access to local shops and airport would be your great choice for a weekend getaway, a staycation, a friends gathering or a family reunion on a budget! The house occupies a big block of land and is a solid built 5 bedrooms x 2 bathrooms design. There are two living areas and two wings of bedrooms served by the centrally located kitchen. The owner is a renovation enthusiastic and renovated the house recently. You can see somewhere are armature's work, but the functionality is not compromised. Apart from the country style decor which may not suit everyone's taste, the furniture is solid, the linen and kitchen utensils are all brand new. The house is very spacious with a big yard.

We had a great stay. The house is huge and would be perfect for a big family. Like the description states it’s in need of renovations but the decor was lovely and kitchen was well equipped for cooking etc. Certainly a don’t judge a book but it’s cover situation.

Niece peaceful location
The house is functional for a large group or family. It is only a short drive to the shops and in a quiet street even with the proximity to the highway, you wouldn’t know it’s there. There is plenty of space in the house and we loved the multiple living areas and that we were able to close them off. The house’s interior is dated and renovations have been done with no love, but if you don’t care about the looks but about functionality it’s perfect. It’s a little expensive for what you get, given the location and state of interior. Not excited about being pressured into a five star rating by host though. Overall a good stay!
