Great place would stay again.

The host was incredibly responsive. The home was clean and well presented on our arrival. All rooms were exactly as described. The kitchen sink was leaking, but the host was extremely responsive and had someone out the next day to fix it. We did shorten our stay due to seasonal bugs. The host was, again, very responsive and pest control did come out the next day with the noted problem, however, killing or seeing 3-4 roaches a day was too many for us. Additionally, while clean, there is some maintenance that needs to be done on the home. While there is a tub, it doesn’t fill through the lower faucet (so be aware if you have little ones and that is a feature you’re counting on).It would have been an ok home for a limited stay, a lot could be overlooked, but we were an extended stay, multiple weeks, and the number of issues proved to be a challenge. Ultimately, The host did let us shorten our stay with no penalty, which we appreciated greatly.

Good place with a great host! Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions. It was nice to see such a friendly neighborhood. Although the neighborhood is quite loud and a lot of events are thrown, we found it quite endearing. There is a lot of room for parking as well as a garage that holds two cars plus more outside. The house was spacious and quite enjoyable.

The house was close to anything we needed. An easy stay and a very responsive host.
