While I typically reserve five-star ratings for truly exceptional experiences, this Airbnb may not have matched the opulence of a Dubai luxury hotel, but it certainly earned a perfect score in terms of overall satisfaction.
Spent a week with my wife and 3-year-old kid here. Great location. 20-30 minutes by car to any part of the city. New house, fresh new qualitative apartment. The host is responsive and helpful. The kitchen has everything needed to prepare a meal. Comfy beds. Clean bathrooms. Note: there is construction nearby. It's a new neighborhood that is still under construction. But it's not disturbing and doesn't prevent you from sleeping or spending time in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay. Recommended.

The location is very close to Business Bay, MBR City is about 15 to 20 minutes away from the Business Bay Metro Station and Al Safa Metro Station. This connects also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR areas.
Mohammed Bin Rashid City lies about 15 to 20 minutes away from the coastline of the emirate. When in a mood for a sunny day out or a relaxing breezy evening, the residents of MBR City can head to Sunset Beach and Jumeirah Beach which are about 12 minutes away. Another beach near MBR City is Kite Beach. It offers many water sports activities as well as a few food stalls.
