房子很新，室内用具、厨具也很新，房东人很好，每次联系都及时回复！非常好👍要是隔音效果能好一点就更棒了！

We stayed in April for 3 nights, the place was just like the photos, beautiful and clean. Loved having all the space! Forsure agree with every other review regarding the noise, but we knew that going in, the roadway is very noisy! at all hours of the night. The couch could use some new cushions. The kitchen was so well stocked, nothing was missing to make your own meals at home. Absolutely loved the upstairs layout. The location of the 2 backyard security cameras (2 more were also in the front, 4 total) did seem a bit invasive, felt like you were being watched if you were out back having breakfast or anytime, same with the one on the master balcony. Parking was a breeze in the garage with our tiny compact car rental, anything else would have fit out front, so no issues with parking! Enjoyed our stay, loved that we could walk down to the beach in 10 mins. Walked across the street into the mall for groceries easily

Cleanliness is very good. Location is good- opposite a shopping mall. 2 issues I encountered during my stay is the noise of traffic which is not far from the house. The other is the car park which is smaller than the rented Kia Carnival. As it does not fit in the garage I parked at the driveway and was told by neighbor that parking on the driveway is not allowed. Had to park at the road side.

Beautiful villa with all amenities needed. Very convenient location walking distance to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair. Very clean and tidy and comfortable stay.
