PARKING Free parking - Oversized carport Adequate for 2 vehicles is at the end of tree lined gravel driveway. . There is also parking along the property’s road frontage for larger vehicles or trailers. ENTRY You will find a lock box on the front door. The entry code will be sent prior to check-in. KITCHEN The kitchenette is stocked with dishes, utensils, toaster oven/air fryer, and a flat griddle cooktop. You can always save and reheat any leftovers in the microwave, toaster oven, Or air fryer from all the tasty eateries you are sure to visit. Coffee lovers will love having the Keurig. Hydration is made easy using the refrigerator dispenser. There is NO stove. DINING AREA The spacious dining area adjacent to the kitchen has table seating for 4. It has a separate nook with a recliner to lay back read a book or relax while taking in the lush view from the double window. LIVING ROOM An intimate living area welcomes you back from your adventures. Take rest on our comfy couch or lay back in the recliner as you watch TV. Wi-Fi, TV, & FIRESTICK Wi-Fi providing internet speeds up to 500Mbps. FIRESTICK so Guests can sign in to their apps for access. FRONT SCREENED PORCH The house features a sizable screened porch with seating. Nestled between shade trees and shrubs you can relax your troubles away in privacy. MASTER BEDROOM A good night's sleep is vital for the weary traveler! This bedroom features a very comfortable double mattress with box spring for extra support. It has corner chair and lamp for reading. A chest of drawers & nice vanity to sit while getting ready or feel free to put your clothes away in it or hang them in the closet. Crisp, clean linens are always provided. MASTER BATHROOM While Showering the water pressure and hot water is aplenty. It is perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. Hair dryer is also available. HALLWAY These closets have supplies that you may need. Broom and dustpan, mop and bucket, a vacuum, extra linens, and extra pillows. SITTING AREA A second sitting area is adjacent to the guest bedroom. This room has 2 wing chairs with a table between for games. There is a smaller TV, FIRESTICK, and a ceiling fan. GUEST BEDROOM The guest bedroom space features 2 single beds with box springs for extra support. Crisp, clean linens are always provided. Plenty of clothing storage to be found in the vanity. You can use the hallway closet for anything needing hanging. This room also has a ceiling fan for a cool night. This bedroom is adjacent to the sitting area for more privacy. It also connects to the second bathroom. GUEST BATHROOM Water pressure and hot water is aplenty. It’s perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Take a shower or a long soak in the tub. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. WASHER & DRYER The laundry area has a washer, dryer, and an iron located in the master bathroom and available for guest use. Guests will provide their own detergent. PET POLICY Pets are not allowed at this listing!! Guests disregarding this rule will be charged for a deep cleaning fee through AIRBNB DAMAGES POLICY We are working hard to keep our home in good condition. The reserving guest will be responsible for any damage to the Cottage or furnishings and charged through AIRBNB. This includes any breakage, missing items, burns, stains etc. We understand that accidents can happen, please report any incidents ASAP so these can be taken care of before the next guest arrives FENCED PASTURE AREA We do have a pasture horse named -Cruiser.
