Unfortunately, we had a big misunderstanding during our arrival that set the mood for the entire stay. Although Caroline is helpful and respectful, and what happened to us was out of her control, it is still something she's responsible for. My review is based on the average opinion of my travel group. I personally believe Caroline tried her best in the end. Caroline kindly allowed us to do an early check-in before 3pm, to which we arrived at 2:45pm. The cleaning lady was far from having finished her job and didn't speak English. She only left at 6pm with the job half done. It was not unclean, but my friends were upset with the setback. Later, we learned she was covering for someone who got sick, and Caroline had arranged for the cleaning to be done properly the next day. She also allowed us to check out late and take one of her bottles of wine, to which we appreciate the gesture. One of the three beds was also not a bed but a futon. It's very uncomfortable by Western standards.

Caroline’s has a very beautiful apartment in perfect location. The apartment even more nice than on pictures. And there is a very nice rooftop on 32nd floor, with beautiful view see all around the city. We live this apartment and will definitely stay again. Pauline.

The place was just as it looked in the picture. The host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in several hours early. We would definitely stay here again.

Great views, spacious living area, perfectly located for the Subway, some great bars and restaurants nearby. I would happily book again when visiting Seoul again.
