The accommodation is located in the Ceglie del Campo district, 500 meters from Bari Carbonara station which leads to the centre, which can also be reached by car in 15 minutes. Nearby there are also the Di Venere Hospital, the San Nicola Stadium and the entrances to the ring road to easily reach the other places in the area. Parking space included! The 50 mq apartment is located on the second floor of a building with a lift and is made up as follows: - Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, fridge, freezer, moka, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven and microwave - Living area with dining table, double sofa bed and smart TV - Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawer - Toilet with wc, bidet and shower box - Two balconies, one of which is equipped with table and chairs x2. Assigned and covered parking space available inside the condominium. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI with fiber, independent heating/air conditioning with vents in all rooms, mosquito nets, video intercom, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).

Monica nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Très bonne communication. L'appartement était top et impeccable, vraiment très propre. Il y a de grands balcons. L'appartement est très bien situé si vous avez une voiture et que vous souhaitez bouger autour ou même dans Bari . Proche des grands axes pour aller plus au nord ou au sud de la région des Pouilles. L'appartement est a 10 - 15 minutes du centre ville . Le linge de maison ainsi que les serviettes étaient fourni. je recommande fortement
Fiquei encantada com o apartamento, show! Novinho, com todos os acessórios e eletros necessários. Ambiente aquecido e água quente. Local com mercado em frente e transportes próximos. Vale o preço. Alugue sem medo de se arrepender.
Tutto bene. L'appartamento è nuovo, lumino e ben servito. Un pò preoccupata per le manovre per parcheggiare l'auto....ma per fortuna tutto è andato bene!
The place is new so all the amenities are great and furniture is in great condition. Kitchen, bathroom, etc. 2 large balconies. Monica was able to accommodate for an early check. She was also very responsive when I contacted her before and during the trip. Market with 1min walking distance. Post office with ATM (Bancomat) as well. A couple of things that would make the place even better: a more comfortable mattress in the main bedroom. Especially since I was there for 2 weeks. A couple extra towels (hand towels) would have also been nice. I 100% recommend this Airbnb and the host Monica. Thank you and I hope to see you in my next trip.
Appartamento nuovo in un condominio nuovo, con ascensore. Pur essendo in centro è assolutamente silenzioso e tranquillissimo. Arredamento minimal ed essenziale nuovo, ma comunque con tutto ciò che puo servire. Cucina dotata di tutto! Connessione internet SENSAZIONALE con fibra ottica in casa, (Box Iliad), con velocità reale al mio smartphone di 1,6 Gb in dwn e 700 Mb in up!!! Il bagno è piccolo (ormai nel nuovo son tutti cosi). Se ci fosse stata la lavatrice sarei rimasto più a lungo. il posto auto condominiale al coperto c'è, ma serve più di qualche manovra per entrare ed uscire, se siete di quelli che fan fatica a fare manovre, non riuscirete ad accedere ( comunque io ce l'ho fatta ed ho una Station Wagon). Ripeto, ci fosse stata la lavatrice sarei rimasto più a lungo.
