Exactly what we needed for one night stay, hosts were responsive and it was simple and easy check in/out

Good points- off road parking, very warm and you could adjust the heat, supply of toiletries was a nice touch. Bad points- strict rules about noise made us feel really uncomfortable that we were whispering in the evening as scared to lose my deposit. Property has been poorly decorated and when you look closer it feels unclean. Only 1 medium towel each and 1 had towel between us so washing hair was difficult. No tea towel or bin in the kitchen. Outside bins were very full and smelly! Noise from cars on the main road made it difficult to sleep. Communication about leaving at 10am again made us feel very uncomfortable. My pillow didn’t have a pillow case on it! I would not stay here again for the above reasons and the company that runs this is not interested in customer service. We asked if we could arrive earlier than 3pm and told yes but at a cost of £30. This apparently was due to extra cleaners in but stairs hadn’t been hoovered and floor looked unclean.

it was a beautiful apartment, host is very welcoming and easy to reach. made it feel like home to us! if you are staying in birmingham i would definitely recommend here!
