No refunds will be given due to weather, natural disasters, travel delays, or cancellations. No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy in place at the time of booking. We have partnered with RentalGuardian to give our guests easy access to travel insurance choices when they book with us. We do not sell travel insurance nor receive a commission; this is fully for the benefit of our guests. ☆☆ PARKING & CHARGING ☆☆ Parking for up to 4 vehicles is readily available on the large driveway with easy access. We provide a Tesla Gen3 Wall Connector EV Charger 🔌 for guests to use. ☆☆ CLEANING FEE ☆☆ The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee. This fee goes directly to the family that cleans the property between each stay and is designed to be a Fair Living Wage. Between each stay the property is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, and all towels and linens are replaced with fresh clean towels/linens that have been freshly laundered. ☆☆ WINTER ACCESS ☆☆ While it's very rare, during winter storm conditions 4WD and/or snow chains may be necessary to access the property.
