숙소는 대체로 깔끔하였고 숙소 주변에는 식당과 편의점, 패스트푸드 점이 많아 야식을 먹고 싶을 때에도 도보 4분 거리에서 다 해결하였습니다. 그리고 호스트도 친절합니다.

What a charming little stay for my family and I. We all felt very comfortable and took full advantage of the pool. With a grocery store next door, we couldn’t have been happier. The staff at check-in helped with everything and anything. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo itself was clean, in good condition, affordable, and as described in the ad. However, I regret staying in Mactan Newtown, as the man made beach included with your stay was the worst beach I've ever been too. There is no sand, limited seating, and the walk into the water is all coarse rock. Google images of Newtown shoes a white sand paradise, but that is not true at all. Instead, it is a 3 hour taxi or 4 hour bus to moalboal to get good beach. If you have a reason to stay in Mactan area and are not just a beach going tourist like I was, then this property will be great for you. If I come to cebu again, I will not revisit this area for any reason besides the airport. The host was fantastic, responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions.

Julioさんはとてもレスポンスが早く、やりとりもスムーズでした。 コンドミニアムの場所は隣にロビンソンスーパーがあり、ビーチにも歩いて行けてとても便利でした。 子ども２人を連れて家族４人で宿泊しましたが、お部屋は大変広く快適でした。 キッチンも広く、電子レンジや炊飯器もあり便利でした。 Wi-Fiも快適で、エアコンもよく効いていました。 Airbnbでは部屋の匂いが気になることがよくありますが、この部屋は香りも良かったです。 知人にもおすすめしたい宿です。
