Check in and check out was super easy using the lock box. The place was lovely and spacious. We had a great catch up with family that live in Manchester. The shower was great. Beds were comfy. It was lovely and warm with the heating on, it was great that we had control over that. Would recommend to families.

Ideally located on a quiet estate, close to M61. Good off street parking outside the house. First impressions was nice, modern look and feel with plenty of space. Upstairs was clean but the main bedroom could do with a bit of refurb and bathroom just needs a bit of attention to details to finishing touches. I did not expect that we had Any to dress the beds upon arrival, which is something I could have done without after a long drive. Also we struggled to work out how to turn the heating on, so it was cold for our first night. As having no ‘house instructions book’ made it more challenging to work things out like where to find the bed linen, how to turn on/off the heating, where’s the local shops, eateries, pubs etc. These little things would have made the difference to our experience from being OK to good. Once I had worked out the heating the stay was a lot more pleasant and comfortable. Given its location near family we would likely stay again.
