Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located house, where relaxation meets convenience. Our property is the perfect and comfortable home base for your visit, whether you're here for fishing, beach adventures, a cruise, exploring the space center, or simply seeking a tranquil getaway to relax and recharge. Take a dip in the refreshing pool or unwind in the expansive Florida room. Full kitchen and lots of in home amenities. We look forward to hosting your stay and making it a memorable one! Walking into the front door you will find yourself in a well lit reading area/sitting room. Take your choice of 2 entry ways opening up to the living room with computer desk, pull out couch, and entertainment system. The other entry leads to the fully updated kitchen will brand new appliances. The kitchen also features all items needed to do your basic cooking, including an air fryer, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. East of the kitchen is a large Florida room that has its own brand new a/c unit, leading straight to the in ground pool and large backyard. Next to the Florida room is a brand new washer and dryer for guest to use. There are 2 bathrooms on the property, one connected to the Florida room near the laundry room, the other is central to the 3 bedrooms that are located west of the kitchen. One bedroom is set up with twin bunkbeds, and features a 3rd twin trundle bed under the bunkbed, this room also features misc. children toys, pack & play, and a changing table. The other 2 rooms have queen size beds and dressers. There are 2 smart Roku Tv's on the property, as well a as a garage full of amenities such as bikes, Jenga, and Corn hole.
