Everything was perfect in fact we liked it so much that we wanted to extend another night, and so we asked sahin for an extra night which was available. After informing him he blocked the dates so we do not extend on Airbnb and do it through him in CASH. He actually asked for €40 night more than what we paid for which is $30, and so I asked him why, he said the following: “If we do not charge a cleaning fee, the price of the room will not be this, since the cleaning fee is additional, we determine the price accordingly by looking at the cost of the room, that fee is not something extra, if you want to look at the price for the same apartment through the booking channel, we have no intention of deceiving you, we say a price that the apartment deserves and we calculate the cost of using it. there is also a difference between the cleaning fee for a 2-day stay and the cleaning fee for a 3-day stay.” And so I refused and looked for a better place with better location & price.
