The house has two levels: the upper floor belongs to Sandra's family, but wasn't in use at the time. The base floor has the three rooms, each with its own bathroom. in the middle lies the spacious cooking / living area. There's a front and back terrace, and of course the garden, with ist own entrance to the sea. The interior is older, but everything worked fine. Communication and Check-in were easy, Sandra is very nice. We rented the place with three couples and a baby. We had a great, calm week together. There's taverns in walking distance. If you want to do some hiking there's a great trail closeby: Irohs trail.

Diese Erdgeschoßwohnung mit Garten direkt am Wasser war etwas Besonderes. Auf der Terrasse zu sitzen um einfach die Atmosphäre genießen war sehr entspannend. Genauso wie im Garten unter Kiefer und Pinie ruhig ein Buch zu lesen und gleichzeitig auf das Wasser schauen zu können. Und wozu braucht es einen Swimmingpool, wenn man jederzeit im Meer schwimmen oder planschen kann. Essen gehen konnten wir auf der fußläufig erreichbaren Platia in Politika oder noch näher, am kleinen Hafen in einem der Restaurants. Sandra hat als gute Gastgeberin unsere Fragen freundlich und schnell beantwortet. Schiebefliegengitter sorgten für insektenfreie Zimmer ohne Mückenjagd! Die benachbarte Bar war angenehm ruhig. Nur Sonntag Abend ist auswärtiges Essengehen zu empfehlen oder einfach rübergehen, mitmachen und einen leckeren Cocktail probieren. Insgesamt eine Unterkunft die Spaß gemacht hat.

The house was not very clean, we had to do some work on the first day, especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Also, the “whole place” means just the ground floor. So if you want to have a house just for yourself, it’s not what you are looking for. The beach and the water behind the house is nice, but there are some boulders and construction bricks that could be easily removed by the owner of the house, in order to make bathing more safe for her guests. The house needs air conditioner for hot summer days - there are a few fans provided, but they are very noisy and you can’t sleep with them turned on. We bought an additional fan that is quiet, so the next guest will be more lucky than us. The best thing about this house is that the sea is literally in your backyard, only a few steps from the house. With some improvements and proper cleaning and it could be a dream vacation home. But now it’s not the case.
