对于房东本身我们还是挺满意的，沟通顺畅服务也还算周到，房子嘛，考虑到这是寸土寸金的香港.我们表示可以接受。房间周边配套丰富，物价不高，适合家庭出游。

Kam was a very responsive and friendly host. He had let us leave our luggages before check in time so we could still roam around the city without the hassle. The only problem is the place was still quite dirty when we got back, i think some sheets and towels were not washed, it didn’t smell like it was washed. Floors were also noy cleaned very well, my kid and some others from our group got some bug bites all over the body.😔 But Kam was a great host, i think he just needs improvement with his place and a helper to clean up properly. Still thank you for accommodating us.

We enjoyed staying in this place because, by our number of guests the rooms were already an added points, my family got to rest after a long tiring day of tour. The host was so helpful and easy to talk to, he even sent his filipino worker to check on us, The place is near to the local stores where you can buy what you need, food, fruits, etc. Toiletries are free, also cooking condiments; so for those people who want to cook, you can cook what you love to eat. We rested peacefully because it is away from city noises, the place was also Private, with cctv and security guards at the gates of the building. thumbs up!
