What some of our guests don't love about our listing: -The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning. However, opening a few windows helps create a great cross breeze to cool down the home fast! -The home does not run on city water lines and has a water tank at the property. While we do closely monitor the water levels between reservations, if you are booking for a longer period of time there is a chance the tank may need to be refilled during your reservation which could create a temporary disruption. If this does occur, we can have a water truck at the property within 24 hours to get the tank refilled. The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 Guests! The master bedroom features a King size bed w/ attached ensuite located on the main level. The second main bedroom downstairs features a Queen bed w/ attached ensuite. Then the 3rd bedroom has one Queen bed and a spacious twin bunk bed - perfect for kids! The downstairs rec room is equipped with a brand new pullout queen sofa bed as well! All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens for your comfort and wellbeing. Enjoy complimentary wireless internet with Netflix, tea and coffee during your stay!
