Vintage View is a 20 minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge and offers an adventure that will have you traveling back in time! It is located on a 4 ½ acre mountain top lot, private entrance and secluded for that perfect escape! You will have paved roads all the way to the access road to Vintage View. Once exiting the paved road you will have a well groomed gravel road, a few bumps, with gentle turns to the very top and four wheel drive is not necessary! Pulling through the entrance gate, about 200 yards ahead is the opening that features your unique getaway! A high structured roof, direct water and sewer hookup, picnic table, firepit and outdoor seating to soak in the breathtaking long-range mountain views. In addition, there are string lights and landscape lights to provide soft illumination. The RV is a one bedroom, queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette, no stove, with microwave and small refrigerator. A gas grill is provided as well as an electric cooker. You can also go old school and cook over the open fire pit and gaze at the stars! There is an additional sofa bed suitable for an adult or two children. A very nice feature is the Starlink internet providing very fast speeds and great access in the mountains. The water/sewer are hooked directly to the septic tank and do not use the traditional storage tanks of RV’s.
