Completely renovated apartment, located in a seaside residence with direct access. Its terrace offers breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. A bakery is located at the foot of the residence and all amenities are within walking distance (restaurants, fruit and vegetables, supermarket). You will be ideally located to explore the many surrounding attractions and to admire Montagne Pelée, the Pitons du Carbet and their tropical forest, listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites! The apartment is positioned on the second floor of a small residence and has two secure parking spaces. The accommodation is composed of: - A terrace with table, chairs and outdoor lounge, with a view of Le Coin beach - A kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, hotplates, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and essentials for cooking and eating meals - A living room with convertible sofa - An air-conditioned bedroom with 160x200 bed - An air-conditioned bedroom with two 90x190 single beds - A bathroom - Shower and WC Several fans are also available.

Séjour en famille avec 3 enfants, spacieux très bien équipé clim dans les chambres plus qu appréciable, literies confortables. Une vue.....comme sur les photos! Proximité nombreux restaurants, boulangerie , pharmacie u express...., pour visiter le nord le lieu est idéal ( pêche à la senne juste devant) . N ayez aucunes craintes vous pouvez réserver sans réfléchir! Elise a été très réactive, hyper disponible vraiment un séjour au top. Séjour en avril météo parfaite.

nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants et avons passé une très bonne semaine dans l'appartement d'Elise. Il est très bien situé en face de la plage, qui offre des couchers de soleil splendides. La terrasse est très agréable. Un grand point fort est la qualité des équipements et de la literie. Lors de notre séjour, nous n'avons presque pas vu de moustiques. Elise a tout géré de manière exemplaire et sympathique. Nous recommandons vivement !

appartement très agréable et bien situé pour la découverte du nord. L accès direct à la plage est un véritable atout et qui permet baignades des 7h avt de partie en balade. Petite copropriété très calme Et surtout Élise super réactive et permet des échanges vraiment très cordiaux

The Coin district is a peaceful area close to all amenities. There you will find restaurants and beach bars. A fruit and vegetable seller and a bakery are located a few meters from the residence and a butcher is present on Saturdays.
It borders the magnificent Coin beach, a wide beach approximately 1km long. Very early in the morning, you can see fishermen engaged in seining.
Very often, the sky is adorned with breathtaking colors during sunset.
Around the residence it is easy to get around on foot to get to the beach, the restaurant or the town of Carbet.
