I live less than a 10 minute commute to Eastport and Downtown Annapolis, and less than 15 minutes to the Back Creek boat yards. You won't even need a car - the water taxi will pick you up from the dock! Or maybe you'd like to borrow my paddleboard to explore Spa Creek on your own? I'm a local sailor and happy to recommend all the great spots around town :) Pets welcome! **A friendly housemate may be present** If I'm not home to check you in, my housemate or a local friend might instead. The gym/pool/billiards/firepit/docks are on communal property a short walk away. You will need to borrow a key fob/key to access these areas. There is free street parking but if you prefer a dedicated parking spot I can park in the street. The condos are next to a park so it's pretty quiet. The park has some nice trails along the water that make a great hike! Or bring your tennis or pickleball rackets for some game time! There is shared non-fenced "yard" space and doggie bags and trash cans scattered around the community. **Furnishings and decor may be different than pictured but the layout is the same** As I live in the unit, my preference is to host women, couples, or USNA affiliates.
