Great location and great home for kids

This property excelled at providing ample accommodation for our extended family during our Christmas holiday in Spokane. Upstairs there is one stand alone bathroom and three bedrooms, including a master and a nursery with crib and bunk bed; there are two bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There are ample great spaces up and downstairs in this split level style home. I called this property good rather than a great value based on the following: furnace/hvac needs upgrading (noise level—especially downstairs can be excessive/disruptive); beds/bedding/sheets should be upgraded.

This property and the hosts were both excellent. The pool was not accessible during the season that we stayed, which I think it would be beneficial if that were made more clear. Aside from that, it was perfect!

The neighborhood the house is in was beautiful. The house was very spacious. The price is too high for what you get. The house was not clean. The linens were wrinkled. I contacted the management company to inform them that there wasn't any coffee. I was informed they don't provide that. I emailed a picture showing they do provide it. No response. I also informed them that the house was dirty. They requested pictures. I sent 12 pictures and again no response. I also informed them we did not have enough towels. They told me where to look. Still no towels and their response was "We provide 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth". I can tell you that is not enough and they did not even provide that. I would not stay at this house again solely due to the lack of care of the management team.
