There are 188 condos in Harbor East. Few are rentals. Out of the 1000 miles of shoreline on Lake Ouachita these condos are the only privately developed homes on the lake. There are no private homes or private docks on our pristine water. Boats are kept in resorts that have docks and marinas. Lake Ouachita is very special because of this. Our water is clean and we have over 200 islands to pull up on and spend the day. Come join us. We love hosting folks and we will even help you get to know our lake as we do for easy navigation.

Our Resort is small. You can walk to anything we have to offer but i prefer driving. If you can bring your ATV you can take it anywhere....even the top of the vista. Parking is free everywhere. We have 6 EV charging stations. There are 2 restaurants within the resort. We have the only Subway Sandwich shop on water in the world. Rent a boat, take a hike, call Ouachita Kayak Tours and she will being the boat to you, dig for crystals in the Crystal Capital of the World. Drive up to the vista by car or buggy. Look it up online. It's the LOViT trail. It is a short drive to the top of the mountain where you can view almost the whole lake. Hot Springs has horse racing, Go-Carts, Laser Tag, country club, fabulous restaurants, and you can discover the historic gamling era in downtown. Bring some jugs and fill up with Hot Springs Mineral Water at the circle fountain downtown. We love it here and hope you will too.
