David was a great and responsive host! The cabin was perfect size for a weekend trip for COTA. The beds are a bit small for two people but comfortable. The cabin has a modern and clean design while still being cozy. The cabin is located in the back of a primary residence. You will need to cross this patio to access the cabin and leave, so keep that in mind. There were some noise issues with the neighbors which may be hit or miss for different guests. Finally, walking to COTA isn’t really an option as there are no sidewalks or trails to let you there. You will still end up ridesharing or driving. Overall I would recommend staying here for a weekend at COTA if you want to avoid the Austin crowding.

As someone attending conferences at Circuit Of The Americas (COTA), the location of this Airbnb was perfect. It was just a breezy 5-7 minute drive each morning to the race track, which made my commute incredibly easy and stress-free. The convenience of this location cannot be overstated. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and warmly welcoming place to stay. The kindness and hospitality of David and his family truly made my visit memorable.
