Place needs thorough cleaning. We checked in late and expected everything to be in order. There were hair strands and dust in the fridge. Cobwebs were in the aircon and the shelves were too dusty and rotting. There were red ants under the mattresses and crawling on the curtains and pillows. We could not even use the cabinets as they were too dusty and the broken screws were just left inside. All cabinets could not be used because there were clutters. Bathroom lavatory leaked. There were hair strands and used a rubber band on the toilet floor. Food crumbs were on the carpet. We had to ask the staff to clean up. Those were not hard to miss so I don’t know why the cleaners didn’t see those details. There was a power interruption at 6am which we were advised of but we were not told there would be water interruption as wel. Windows could not be locked. I had to request for a partial refund. We were supposed to extend our stay but decided to check out before 9AM. Terrible experience.
