You will be close to everything when you stay at this place. The room is newly renovated and refurbished with its own rest room + 55" TV. There is a living room space with a refrigerator & sink that's shared (only with 1 other room on the floor) We are close to many popular restaurants where locals eat, a hot cup of coffee or a nice massage is also just a couple minutes walk away. There is noise from the streets at night, ear plugs and white noise machine is provided for light sleepers Bed room is on the 2nd floor facing the street. There will be some traffic sounds up until about 8-9 pm. We have earplugs readily available for light sleepers

If you’re staying in Chiang Mai I highly recommended you stay here. Aaron was an amazing host! He was kind and allowed us to check in early and was always fast to respond with any questions I had. His guide for Chiang Mai that he personally constructed himself was so detailed and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. There were multiple occasions my fiance and did not want to leave bed with how cozy our room was. The location is perfect for reaching the night markets and restaurants. We had such an amazing stay here and highly enjoyed speaking to Aaron who was so comical. We will only be staying here when we come back to Chiang Mai.

Located between the Night Bazaar and the river, there is a lot to do in our neighborhood. There are some schools close by and many locals live just around the corner.
A lot of the businesses and shops in our area cater to locals so things are priced quite reasonably. You can enjoy an excellent meal at local prices.
We are also close to some fabulous Israeli & Muslim restaurants. Whether you're looking for a Kosher, halal or vegan meal everything is just walks away.
There's lots of tuk tun's and drivers near-by but we recommend using Grab or Bolt application to get a ride-share. There are always drivers available in our centrally located listing
