Catherine, or Kate was a fabulous host. She was very welcoming and friendly, showed me where everything was, and how it all worked, told me to make myself feel at home, and we sat down and had a coffee. The flat is wonderfully located, right in the heart of Norwich, it's difficult to think of a better located place to stay really. The bedroom is very spacious, has a tv, a desk and two dining style chairs, plus there is a hair dryer, hanging space, and cubby holes for other clothes. The kitchen is generously equipped, and as I was staying by myself, ended up eating in both nights I stayed there, getting take aways, and sitting at the dining table in the kitchen. Kate was very pro-active and good at communicating, so I was able to tell her when I was due to arrive, and then we co-ordinated when to meet, as she had an appointment in the afternoon, which was more than fine, as I had booked parking elsewhere, and then wondered into the City for a couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Catherine was an outstanding host. Warm, welcoming, thoughtful, helpful. Felt right at home in her beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Kate's place is amazing, perfect location, city center is right there as you move out of the street. The place was spotless clean, we had private bathroom which smells like a garden. Kate was always responsive and gave us maps of the city and had lots of recommendation for us as we were there to explore the city.
