The apartment is located just few steps away from The Louvre Museum, Notre Dame. The apartment has: - 1 Living room with 1 sofa bed - 1 Fully equipped kitchen - 1 Dining area with a table and 5 seats - Bedroom 1 with one queen bed - Bedroom 2 with one queen bed - 1 Bathroom with shower with one WC included The apartment is comfortable for 4 people and a maximum of 6 people. The sleeping arrangement is organized as follow, all bed and bath linen being provided: Bedroom 1 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses Bedroom 2 with a 5***** queen-bed high comfort mattresses Living room : 2 people high-comfort sofa bed The apartment is equipped with: TV, high speed Wifi, Air conditioning a washer dryer, a hair dryer, a dishwasher a nespresso coffee machine, a water boiler, a toaster a fridge, an induction plate, a microwave, pans and other cooking wares a baby bed if needed

Pretty place. Spacious for Paris apartments and functional for our family. Road was a little busy at night, but that’s part of that location. We were out and about all day, so not too much time in ABNB. Area is beautiful and lots of great restaurants. AC was a bit challenging to use, but it was fixed the next day. Very responsive. Only thing I recommend is an instructional book on How to use the amenities. (ex. AC unit). Very clean ABNB and you will enjoy the area with plenty of things to do and ways to get around.

Our neighborhood is a vibrant and historically significant area within the Marais district. This area is a treasure trove of well-preserved architecture, with many buildings dating back to the 17th century. It's home to numerous art galleries, including the prestigious Picasso Museum and the Musée des Arts et Métiers, dedicated to the history of science and industry. The Marais is also known for its boutique shops, from fashion and jewelry to vintage stores and concept shops. The area is filled with quaint cafés, charming bistros, and restaurants. It is safe, and it offers the convenience of being a short distance from the Louvre Museum and Notre Dame.
Warning: It is very important to respect the common areas, please make sure to be quiet when you are heading out/going into the building.
Easy access : before your arrival, we will send you all the information regarding the access of the apartment.
- You will find the keys of the apartment inside the masterlock next to the door of the apartment.
- The door to your apartment is on the first floor. You can use an elevator.
- We are in a historical building and the elevator is small. It can fit a maximum of 2 people without suitcase at a time or a person and a suitcase.
- We will send you the code of the masterlock before your arrival.
- Please take some time to carefully read the rules of the apartment that we have placed on the table of the kitchen
Since we are not on site, please take into account our travel time, in case of last minute booking. Example: reservation at 5pm for the day D, arrival at 7pm on the spot.
