We (7 friends) had a great time in Leonardos house. It's perfect for relaxation and an Aperol in front of a gorgeous view. The villa is upon a hill, 10-15min away from Castiglion Fiorentino where you can buy groceries and so on, a car is necessary for mobility. We were too early in the year (April) to enjoy the pool but the area of it looks amazing. There are all kinds of bed hardnesses/softnesses in the house which was perfect for our group :D The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a proper Italian dinner. Especially sharp knives, which is not guaranteed.

Leo is a great host! The house is amazing, well designed, built and maintained! We felt like being at home. We will surely return next time traveling in the area! Strongly recommended 👍🏼
