Female guest only, thanks! Kick back and relax in this peaceful, stylish space. I’m kind, respectful, and hospitable. I try to make my home a place of rest for all who stay in it. This rental is especially designed for those with new jobs, internships, residences, and such so that you can come home to a relaxing atmosphere. If you are independent and courteous, this place will be a good fit. Come explore all this city has to offer: dining, trails, shopping, and more! This private room is fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk, and large closet. I provide bedding and towels. You will share the full bath with just me. Both the bedroom and bathroom are located on the second story.

Kristin is warm , welcoming and easy to have a conversation with! Her home is quiet and cozy , exactly as described. I would definitely recommend staying here.
Everything about this private room was as described. The entire house was extremely clean and comfortable. Kristin provided space for my belongings anywhere I needed it. I had an entire bathroom shelf, freezer space, a fridge shelf, dry pantry storage, and a place to hang my coats. There were towels and bedding options provided. The bedroom had a large closet (enough space to stay for five weeks and then some). Kristin was friendly, easygoing, knowledgeable of the area, and easy to get along with. Her outgoing personality made the stay that much better. I would recommend booking this room!
This space is wonderful, clean, comfortable, cozy, safe and in a great neighborhood. Off street parking easy and convenient. Kristin is kind, generous, and organized like me! I loved staying here and I will be back without doubt! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Kristin! I highly recommend!

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that has two elementary schools nearby. It’s less than 2 miles from East Grand Rapids and Reed’s Lake, 2 miles from Eastown, and 3 miles from downtown GR. There’s so much to explore!
Public buses are a few blocks away and there is plenty of street parking in front of the house.
