We couldn't of had a better place to stay everything was perfect .Nicky was very helpful in helping us with tours,restaurants,taxies and anything else we needed ,tone and par was amazing ,the villas and surroundings were immaculate at all times ,they were wonderful .

We absolutely loved this place. It was exactly what we needed. Huge private beach, gorgeous gardens, quiet surroundings. If you want to actually relax and not be mixed in with a party crowd on Samui, this is the perfect getaway. We almost extended our stay, because we liked it so much, but we had work and animals to attend to at home. It’s also cool that this place is flexible with its accommodations and that they can host up to 12 people. Well worth the money we paid. Also, worth noting that there are two support staff members on premise. They are extremely helpful and friendly, and even did some of our laundry. I have stayed at other villas before but the addition of staff makes this place extra special.

This villa is superb, from initial enquiry to waving goodbye it couldn’t have sufficed more. The agent Nikki was terrific arranging all the extras, car, mopeds, boat trips, private chef and spa. Always quick to respond and answer any questions. The villa is huge, 5 large bedrooms and a lovely lounge/kitchen space. We were only using 3 rooms and we had so much space. The pool is large for a private villa on the island and sparklingly clean. The property agent Tone, who lives on site takes care of all the chores discretely and even did some laundry for us. He not only maintains the property, the house is fully cleaned each day. We didn’t expect that in an air b and b. The villa is on the quiet side of the island and a moped or car is needed to get the best out of Samui. Direct access to the sea, and beautiful views. Don’t hesitate! This is highly recommended

Alan’s villa was the best place for us to start our family trip in Thailand! A very spacious, well equipped villa with the most lovely assistants, Tone and his wife. We traveled with 3 adults and 4 kids (8,5 and 2x2 year old). It was safe for the kids and kid friendly! No fences around the pool, but the twins learned quickly not to go close to the pool without their puddle jumpers on. The beach is kid friendly and the kayaks were great fun! Water shoes might be handy to bring. We rented the main house and the two bedroom house on the right side of the pool when facing the sea. The other house in the left side would easily fit another family, so this villa is great for several families traveling together. We had two baby cots for our twins, which was great. We rented scooters and explored the area with the kids, such fun! Due to covid there was no chef available and some of the restaurants were closed. But there are still a few nice spots for food and delivery. We liked Sweet sisters cafe, great food, but long waiting times. We had Tone lit the BBQ two times, so we could prepare our own BBQ dinner. Larger supermarkets are in Lamai, smaller 7/11s are everywhere :-). The French bakery called Le Kiosque at Thong Krut is also great for breakfast: excellent bread, croissants. But also great dinners! Monday is fish BBQ night, really enjoyed that! Tone was available everyday for all our questions and requests! He is so lovely! He and his wife cleaned the house daily and changed sheets and towels every few days. Communication with Nikki via Airbnb was perfect: quick, informative and so friendly! We just had a lovely stay at this great villa!!! We would definitely recommend this!! Thanks so much Nikki and Tone!!

We have stayed in a number of villas in Thailand over the past few years and this was the best managed and most comfortable. A good size pool you can swim a decent length in. Beautiful gardens. Very well equipped kitchen with a stock of water, milk, eggs, bread, cereal, fruit included. Khun Tone the resident caretaker is polite and very responsive. Comfortable bedrooms and living areas, good showers. Only downside is the beach is not for swimming (but we knew that before booking) and it would be nice if the Samui authorities gave more thought to keeping their beaches clean of rubbish.
