Important Information: - A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities. - Note that the studio bedrooms have a Queen bed in one, and the other bedroom has two single beds - The property lists 7 beds in total due to a set of bunks being classed as 1 bed- please note that beds 6 & 7 are two sets of single bunks, essentially bringing the total number of individual beds at the property to 9 - Please note that we supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you. - Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services. - Fencing: The property is fully fenced (entire back garden) - Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in the main living area. - Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September - This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted). - We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours. - For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds. - After booking you sign a rental agreement.
